Digital Berge Refund Policy:

Thank you for choosing Digital Berge for your digital marketing needs. We value your trust in our services, and we are committed to providing you with the best digital marketing solutions. We take pride in delivering high-quality digital marketing services and products. Our team invests time, effort, and resources to ensure that our clients receive the best results. Due to the nature of our services and the effort expended in customizing and executing marketing campaigns, we have established a no refund policy.

Before engaging our services, we ensure clear communication and understanding of the scope, expectations, and outcomes of the services to be provided. It is essential that you fully comprehend what you are purchasing to avoid any misunderstandings.

Digital Marketing & SEO Services:

However, we strictly offer no refunds for digital marketing, PPC, Social media marketing, ORM, or any SEO services once the service has been initiated or the agreed-upon work has commenced.

Web Development:

Web development projects often involve a phased payment structure based on project milestones. In the event of a cancellation or request for a refund for web development services, we will assess the work completed up to that point and determine a partial refund accordingly. However, no refund will be provided for the development work segment that has already been completed and delivered.

Exceptional Case:

You can receive a refund or partial refund in the event of a sudden project shutdown due to valid and unavoidable circumstances. (Natural calamity, death, sever accident, etc)
However, to be eligible for a refund, you must submit your refund request within 48 to 120 hours from the start of your project.
Please note that refund requests made after 120 hours from the project's commencement will not be considered.
